Payment Policy *Session fees are due at the time of booking. E-transfers must be sent at the same time as a confirmation email stating preferred date/time & length of session. Cancellation Policy:
Bookings are non-refundable. Calling more than 15 minutes late to the appointment without advanced notice will be deemed a cancelled appointment. Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 48 hrs in advance is required to reschedule an appointment for session fees to be applicable for a future booking.

Phone Sessions: How it works

*Please note this is a telephone call (wifi based services,- Skype , Zoom, etc. not available).

  1. Complete the appointment request form

  2. Once your request has been received, you will be provided with a link to an online calendar to select and pay (credit card link on this page) for your appointment. Canadian clients paying by E-transfer: use the calendar link to book your appointment and send your Etransfer (email provided in next step). *E-transfers must be sent at the time of scheduling, or the booking will not be processed.

  3. Upon completing your booking, you will receive confirmation with a contact phone number. The client is responsible to call this number at the time of the session.
